• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods as specified in the contract
• Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has commenced

Project Timelines

While we strive to complete projects on schedule, timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Unforeseen structural issues
• Client-requested changes
• Permit delays

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide warranties as specified in your project contract. However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Acts of God or natural disasters
• Modifications made by others after project completion

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty beyond what is explicitly stated in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

EffiXpert's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EffiXpert and protected by copyright laws. Design plans and drawings created for your project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the contract. Termination may result in fees for work completed and materials purchased.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a final resort
• Jurisdiction in the courts of Illinois

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
